Manager - Cloud Management Services

For our client, we are seeking a Manager - Cloud Management Services to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead the day-to-day operations of a cloud management services practice, with a focus on delivering scalable technical solutions and consistent service quality. You will shape technical and delivery standards, build reusable frameworks, and help evolve the practice’s capability across cloud management services. This position also partners closely with sales and solution architecture teams while mentoring technical delivery staff and driving operational improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the cloud management services practice Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for cloud services Manage, mentor, and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers Own practice capability development across cloud services Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings Monitor delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities Lead creation and maintenance of reusable architectures and delivery frameworks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams Strong understanding of a major cloud infrastructure platform and its vision for cloud management services Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Benefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401K plan Flexible spending options Commitment to continuous learning and technical leadership Opportunities for professional development and growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
