Manager, Clinical Trials

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Clinical Trials to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex clinical studies, with responsibility for ensuring programs are delivered with quality, compliance, and operational discipline. The position partners closely with internal clinical, data management, vendor management, and stakeholder teams to keep studies on track and support strong trial outcomes. It is well suited to a leader who can balance study execution, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination in a regulated research environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,800 – $144,700 annually Responsibilities Manage execution and conduct of complex clinical studies Select and manage vendors and CROs to ensure compliance and project deliverables Oversee study contracting, budgeting, forecasting, and payment processes Lead protocol preparation, investigator selection, and study training efforts Collaborate with Clinical Data Management for CRF content and study reports Train CROs, vendors, investigators, and coordinators on study protocol Monitor clinical trial progress and provide status updates to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a relevant discipline required; advanced degree preferred 8 years of clinical research experience, including 4 years in a managerial role 4-7 years supporting clinical trials in a regulated environment Experience managing CROs preferred Benefits Flexible work environment including remote options Training and development opportunities in clinical trials management Collaborative culture focused on mutual respect and high-quality results Access to cutting-edge technology and resources in clinical research Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
