Manager, Clinical Trial Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) to enhance their skills and promote career growth
• Collaborate with management teams to improve CTM procedures and meet quality standards
• Work with the Resourcing team to fulfill Clinical Operations' resource allocation needs
• Generate strategic action plans to optimize CTM services and departmental goals
• Provide ongoing feedback to manage performance and development of direct reports
• Ensure CTMs have necessary resources and training for their roles
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements through CTM oversight

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in a scientific or health-related field or equivalent experience
• 5 years of industry experience in clinical research, including clinical operations in a pharmaceutical company or CRO
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the clinical development process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset
