Manager Clinical Risk Management

Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid). Shift Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes.

About the role

Supervises and provides support, education, and oversight for Clinical Risk Management Supervisors, and provides support for Clinical Risk Managers. Provides leadership and oversight for clinical risk management activities, ensuring consistent implementation of risk management programs, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives throughout the organization, providing on‑site support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide support, education, and oversight for Clinical Risk Management Supervisors.
• Provide support for Clinical Risk Managers.
• Lead and oversee clinical risk management activities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of risk management programs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and patient safety initiatives across the organization.
• Provide on‑site support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• RN License required.
• CPHRM certification required within two years of hire.
• 7 years of Risk Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10 years of Legal experience preferred.
• 10 years of Nursing experience preferred.
