Manager Clinical Research Business Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of experience in financial, healthcare administration, research, project management, or professional business-related fields
• 1 year of experience with financial analysis and report generation
• Research certification (SoCRA, HCCA, ACRP, or MAGI) within 2 years of hire
• Master’s degree preferred
• Direct leadership/management experience preferred
• Experience working in Epic, electronic medical record
• Experience with billing – hospital, ambulatory, and professional fee
• Experience building databases
• Experience in conducting and/or overseeing human subjects research
• Familiarity with research administration/clinical trial management systems, IRB, and/or electronic document handling programs
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations regarding research billing
• Experience with contract & budget negotiations
