Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical pharmacy services and develop quality improvement activities
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of prior authorization requests
• Assist with complex drug product prior authorizations
• Research cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives
• Review provider complaints and recommend solutions
• Develop policies for clinical pharmacy services
• Analyze pharmacy costs and recommend improvements
• Implement medication therapy management programs and evaluate their performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD, M.S.) in pharmacy
• 4+ years experience in mail order, retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy
• Management experience is preferred
• Current state pharmacy license
• Preferred experience with Prior Authorization and Decision Tree teams

Compensation: $107,700 – $199,300 annually
