Manager, Clinical (31593)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the clinical department within a large specialty clinic
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and clinical support staff
• Monitor employee time and attendance, scheduling, and productivity
• Cookstaffing coverage and workflow adjustments during employee absences or staffing shortages
• Aid with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of clinical personnel
• Ensure clinical staff maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Track and monitor clinical inventory and medical supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
• Aid with supply ordering, inventory management, and purchase approval processes
• Collaborate with providers, administration, and other departments to promote efficient clinic operations and patient flow
• Address operational and clinical concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication within all levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana LPN or RN license preferred; however, qualified candidates with significant clinical practice management experience may be considered
• Candidates with extensive clinical operations experience are encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical leadership or healthcare management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflow, staffing coordination, and healthcare operations
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
