Manager, Climate Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage climate consulting team ensuring quality service delivery
• Oversee team performance and provide mentorship for professional development
• Drive accountability for administrative and operational activities
• Build strong relationships with customers to mitigate risks and resolve issues
• Provide guidance on sustainability reporting frameworks like GHG Protocol and CSRD
• Allocate resources effectively to meet service commitments and optimize utilization
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to carbon accounting methodologies and thought leadership

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• 5 years in climate consulting or related services
• 2 years of direct people management experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with carbon accounting methodologies and ESG reporting
• Strong communication skills to translate complex climate concepts
