Manager, Client Finance

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Client Finance to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee project accounting activities that support client engagements across the organization. The Manager will partner closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate project setup, timely invoicing, and reliable financial reporting. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on forecasting, reconciliation, and financial controls that help drive accuracy and visibility across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Supervise monthly project accounting efforts and lead project status meetings Manage new contract engagements, ensuring accuracy of project setups Guide the finance team on project tracking and address concerns Report and present project financials to stakeholders Liaise with other finance teams regarding intercompany transactions and contracts Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and align with budgets Manage client invoicing and reconcile issues with customers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business 6+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience 2-3 years in a supervisory role Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience in project accounting or client-facing roles is a plus Benefits Work fully remote or from luxury offices in major US cities Health insurance and retirement savings benefits Disability and life insurance coverage Discretionary annual bonus eligibility Parental leave and paid time off for sick leave and vacation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
