We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have description: "Apply Job Type Full-time Description If you are a team player...". The description includes responsibilities etc. We need to parse. We need to extract sections: About the role? The description includes an introductory paragraph about the role. Could be "About the role". Then Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities" heading in the text. Then there are subpoints: Financials, Technical/Quality & Standards, Staff Needs/Accountability, Computer Skills. Those could be under Responsibilities or separate sections? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings. We have "Education, Certification & Experience" which is Requirements/Qualifications. Also "Computer Skills" could be Skills. Also "About Popli Design Group (PDG)" is about company, maybe not needed? Could be omitted as not required heading. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include About the role (intro), Responsibilities (the list), Requirements (education, certification, experience, license, driver's license), Skills (computer skills), Pay (salary range), maybe Benefits? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned except maybe travel requirement? Not schedule. So we omit Benefits and Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we need to strip the EEO paragraph and the "Good faith salary range is provided, and salary package will be commensurate with experience." That's boilerplate? It's about salary but we have actual salary range later. The phrase "Good faith salary range is provided, and salary package will be commensurate with experience." is filler; we should remove it. Also "Apply Job Type Full-time Description" maybe not needed; we can ignore. We need to keep the salary range: "130,000-175,000". Probably with $? It's given as numbers. We'll keep as is. We need to keep the travel requirement: "If hired in the Rochester area, will be required to travel to our Buffalo office at least once/twice a week to meet with the Civil/Site team." That's substantive; could be under Responsibilities or maybe under Requirements? It's a condition. Could be placed under Responsibilities as a bullet. We need to format lists with

. We need to decide structure:

Then Responsibilities: we have subcategories: Financials, Technical/Quality & Standards, Staff Needs/Accountability, Computer Skills, Travel requirement. We could make a single Responsibilities section with
    • each bullet. But we have many details; we could break into subheadings? Not allowed; only headings from list. So we can just list all responsibilities as bullet points. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can combine. Let's extract bullet points: From Financials: - Support the buildings leadership team in the development of the Civil Group budget - Assist with the backlog and recommend corrective actions - Reviews, develops and recommends corrections to the utilization - Supports the buildings leadership team in the development of financial targets - Identifies potential issues with financial targets and recommends corrective actions - Holds group PMs accountable for financial success of their projects - Ensures group billing reports are completed and returned and holds staff accountable if necessary - Review timesheets of the group Technical/Quality & Standards: - Serve as the senior technical resource for civil/site engineering projects. - Responsible for signing and sealing documents - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Civil Engineering staff - Supports the development & implementation of a BDS standard - Supports the development & implementation of a QA/QC process - Ensure all deliverables have a QC review completed prior to issuance - Ensure all deliverables utilize the BDS & Discipline standards - Support permitting and approval processes as required. Computer Skills: - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - AutoDesk (Civil 3d) - Estimating Software (Costworks) - Specification writing software (SpecPoint) - Newforma Now Requirements/Qualifications: - BS in Civil Engineering (Required) - NY State Licensed Professional Engineer (Required) - 10+ Years of Civil/Site design experience with state agencies (DASNY, OGS, SUCF), healthcare, higher education and K-12 education as well as local municipalities. (Required) - CPESC, LEED AP, and/or ENV SP certification a plus. - A Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (Required). Skills: we already have Computer Skills; maybe also other skills like leadership etc but not explicit. We'll put Computer Skills under Skills heading. Pay: salary range 130,000-175,000. We should not include Benefits or Schedule. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any extra text outside HTML fragment. Let's craft:

But note that computer skills are part of responsibilities list; maybe better to separate Skills section. However we already put them under Responsibilities; but we could also create a Skills section. The instruction: Use headings for Skills etc. So we should separate Skills. Thus we need to move computer skills to Skills section. Thus Responsibilities should exclude computer skills bullets. Let's restructure: Responsibilities: all except computer skills. Skills: computer skills bullets. Now Requirements/Qualifications: education, certification, experience, license, driver's license. Now Pay: salary range. Now produce HTML. Let's list responsibilities bullets (excluding computer skills): From earlier list, remove the last four computer skill bullets. Responsibilities bullets: - Support the buildings leadership team in the development of the Civil Group budget - Assist with the backlog and recommend corrective actions - Reviews, develops and recommends corrections to the utilization - Supports the buildings leadership team in the development of financial targets - Identifies potential issues with financial targets and recommends corrective actions - Holds group PMs accountable for financial success of their projects - Ensures group billing reports are completed and returned and holds staff accountable if necessary - Review timesheets of the group - Serve as the senior technical resource for civil/site engineering projects. - Host Bi
