Manager, CI/OT Service Delivery

Job Summary

This role is accountable for the strategic oversight, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT/OT systems to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations. Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of escalation for all service issues. The leader collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver high-quality services, drive innovation, and support operational goals.

About the Role

We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics. Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of escalation for all service issues.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver high-quality services, drive innovation, and support operational goals.
• Maintains and communicates aligned IT/OT strategy while building the technology roadmap with IT/OT initiatives in support of the business strategy.
• Identifies, initiates, and adapts to organizational changes that foster enhanced effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and ultimately business results.
• Sees connection points across the organization and partners effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Selects a course of action to reduce risk and uncertainty and create optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Four (4) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

• May need to help move equipment and work in small office spaces, Occasional work outdoors for those located at a refinery (Refinery sites may have additional safety requirements), Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Must be able to squat and stand repeatedly during workday, Regular travel to refinery sites (approximately 25 – 40%), Travel may increase during major maintenance events or capital project implementations, Must be able to wear required PPE
