Manager Childrens Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym in Roxbury is seeking a Manager Children's Gymnastics Instructor to join their team. This position involves teaching various gymnastics and fitness classes, building strong relationships with families, and contributing to the growth and development of the community.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop children’s gymnastics and fitness classes
• Build positive relationships with parents and guardians
• Engage with the local community to promote the gym’s values and mission
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• A passion for teaching children and promoting physical activity
• Experience working with children in a gymnastics or fitness setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (education, exercise science, etc.) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Knowledge of child development and safety standards

Pay

Pay is based on experience.

Hours are flexible and can vary based on class schedules and team needs.
