Manager Central Sterile Processing

Job Summary

The Manager Central Sterile Processing ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. The Manager also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of central sterile experience required; 5+ years of central sterile experience preferred
• Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT), or Certified Surgical Technician (CST), or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required
• CSPM or CHL preferred
