About the Role

Responsible for the managerial aspects within the Central Processing Department (CPD) and Main Sterile Area (MSA). Maintains a consistent high standard for supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner. Ensures departmental operations comply with regulatory standards set by agencies such as The Department of Health, Joint Commission, and AAMI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial functions within the Central Processing Department (CPD) and Main Sterile Area (MSA).
• Maintain high standards for supplies and equipment while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards from agencies like The Department of Health, Joint Commission, and AAMI.

Requirements

• BS degree or minimum of 2 years post-high school education with efforts to pursue a BS degree.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Healthcare-related services experience preferred.
• Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Manager (CSPDM) required.
• National Central Service Technician Certification preferred.
• Certification in Materials Management through AHRMM or similar organization preferred.
• Demonstrated managerial skills.

Pay

Pay range: $87,568.00 - $109,470.40 (full-time equivalent, 1.0 FTE). Actual individual salaries vary based on role, experience, education, and licensure.
