About the Role

We are looking for a Manager to join our Capital Markets team, with a focus on hands-on execution across Upgrade's institutional funding programs — warehouse facilities, forward flow whole loan sales, and securitizations — focusing on our new HELOC product and spanning our lending products (personal loan, home improvement, indirect auto, BNPL, Card and more). This is an execution-oriented seat: you will be the primary or backup point person keeping live transactions moving day to day, working alongside the team's Institutional and FI execution leads.
