Manager, Capital Markets

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing loan sales, pricing and trade registration.
• Manage investor reporting packages, portfolio performance updates, and ad hoc analyses.
• Monitor and update rate card as well as interest rate hedge for loans awaiting sale.
• Maintain operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure commitments to investors are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in financial services, specialty finance, or lending, ideally with exposure to warehouse lending, loan sale, or capital partner relationships.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage many concurrent, cross-functional workstreams to closure.
• Strong working knowledge of lending operations, underwriting, servicing, or compliance - sufficient to answer most business questions directly.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skill; comfortable owning difficult or overdue conversations professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through; low tolerance for items falling through the cracks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate internal detail into clear, partner-facing responses.
• Experience with deliverable or SLA tracking tools (e.g., structured trackers, project management software).
• Manufactured housing, specialty finance, or partner-based lending experience strongly preferred.
