Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design and managing the execution of training programs.
Must possess a demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles and proven track record of creating and implementing successful learning.
Knowledge of articulate storyline and Camtasia is essential.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, a plus.
Incumbent must have strong presentation, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree required in related discipline.
Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP), a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop content and deliver brand training programs to all global BD associates and design agencies using instructor-led, e-learning and “blended” modules as appropriate in order to drive brand compliance and alignment with the BD Master Brand Strategy.
- Be a subject matter expert in BD brand standards and respond to brand mailbox and/or related brand inquiries.
- Deliver training programs in-person or web-based locally and globally.
- Maintain working relationships with the IT Management and Service Integration group, Learning Management Office and the C2C Talent Management organization given the heavy component of eLearning design and development.
- Stay current on training industry trends and incorporate them into training strategies as appropriate.
- Design exceptional eLearning and training solutions that ensure BD associates and external design agencies have the relevant knowledge to maintain a consistent and brand compliant BD image.
- Create course design and identify instruction delivery options to effectively deploy training content globally.
- Create outlines, storyboards, voiceover scripts, Job Aids, Activities, Assessments, and other deliverables to meet a variety of learning styles and training needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create cutting edge training modules.
- Evaluate and monitor training success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the brand mailbox and respond to brand inquiries, training requests, and general questions regarding brand standards.
