Manager - Bone and Marrow Transplant Quality

Responsibilities

• Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to Bone Marrow Transplant.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare outcomes or quality improvement
• At least 1 year of experience with marrow and stem cell transplantation
• Background in Nursing or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of regulatory standards related to Bone Marrow Transplant
• Ability to work under stress and take appropriate actions
