Manager

About the Role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities that may include managing assigned Systems (e.g., Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their team and other managers.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions effectively, train all service staff in service procedures, and organize the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them effectively, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Ensure Crew have a positive start, are recognized, and remain motivated during their employment.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
