Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the execution of valuation advisory services for energy and infrastructure projects, including the application of advanced financial modeling techniques such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market comparables, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze business and asset-level valuations in the context of economic, strategic, and regulatory issues affecting the energy and infrastructure space.
- Collaborate directly with project developers, investment partners, legal advisors, and financial institutions throughout the due diligence and transaction lifecycle.
- Prepare, review, and present high-quality valuation reports with strong attention to accuracy, clarity, and deadline management.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, overseeing their development, project execution, and technical performance.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, demonstrating subject matter expertise, and actively participating in business development, proposal writing, and client pitches.
- Stay informed on market trends in renewable energy, project finance, infrastructure investment, and valuation methodologies to support continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business or asset valuation, with a focus on energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (ASA, CFA) is a plus.
- Skills: Advanced Excel modeling, strong communication skills, and an ability to manage complex projects across multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with renewable energy market trends, energy financing structures, and project development.
