About the Role

The Branch Manager oversees all manufacturing functions, ensuring timely, cost-effective production aligned with established procedures. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, safety compliance, and team development to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, supporting organizational success and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet or exceed goals
• Forecast staffing needs
• Develop processes to improve yield, quality, safety, productivity, and profitability
• Perform workflow analysis
• Ensure safety standards and training
• Address organizational needs and equipment maintenance
• Lead, motivate, and coach staff
• Ensure availability of operational supplies
• Prepare production reports
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent management experience
• 7+ years manufacturing experience in high-production environments
• 5+ years managerial experience
