About the role

Managers at Dayton's family-owned Hot Head Burritos play a vital role in ensuring successful restaurant operations. They establish and maintain guest services, oversee and are accountable for store operations to maximize sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Shift Management:
  • Staff delegation and maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Make informed decisions regarding guest accommodations, staffing, and operational issues
• Coaching & Leadership:
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
  • Lead by example, demonstrate a positive work ethic, and maintain a professional attitude
• Economic Management:
  • Proper delegation of resources, truck ordering, and employee scheduling
  • Prepare reports and deposits
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to financial procedures, monitor cash flow, and identify and report any discrepancies
• Safety & Cleanliness:
  • Maintain the environment to reflect the highest possible food safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Employment contingent upon background check results
• Previous experience as a manager, leader, or supervisor in a restaurant setting
• Ability to safely lift over 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
• Available to work 45 hours/week
