About the role
The Wall Group is seeking a Manager Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, make key decisions with sound judgment, and possess excellent communication and technical skills. Previous assistant experience is required, with agency experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Daily communication with artists
- Oversee artist bookings
- Create estimates and deal memos
- Update options in artist calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage accounting tasks, including billing and wrapping jobs
- Manage artist and assistant schedules during show season
- Field incoming client calls and requests appropriately
- Maintain executive’s calendar
- Interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Organize, maintain, and update electronic databases and paper files
- Demonstrate flexibility with work hours
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people via telephone, email, and in person
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience meeting the needs of high-level executives
- Ability to stay proactive in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment preferred
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience required; direct industry experience a plus
Pay
Hiring range: $18.75 – $25.00 hourly.
