Manager, Analytics & Insights - Programmatic

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Analytics & Insights - Programmatic to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead analytics and media strategy for priority client accounts, with a strong focus on programmatic performance, measurement, and insight-driven decision-making. The manager will partner closely with sales and client success teams to support growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and shape strategic recommendations. This person will also guide internal analysts and help ensure client-facing deliverables are clear, rigorous, and tied to business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead priority accounts, shaping analytics and media strategy for client engagements Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify new business opportunities and support pitches Consult with clients to align marketing programs with analytical solutions for business challenges Communicate campaign strategies and performance insights to clients using compelling storytelling Oversee the QBR process, ensuring quality standards and analyst preparedness for client presentations Report campaign optimization results to clients, demonstrating value against business goals Design measurement frameworks to track and report success across client portfolios Lead complex testing initiatives, including brand lift studies and A/B experimentation Qualifications 5+ years in digital media, programmatic analytics, or a related field Experience mentoring or leading peers; direct management experience is a plus Deep knowledge of digital media strategy and programmatic analytics Proven ability to design and execute measurement frameworks and complex testing programs Experience synthesizing audience insights reports Client-facing experience with a knack for leading strategic discussions Benefits Unlimited PTO Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage Employee Equity and Stock Purchase Plan Employee discounts, virtual wellness classes, and pet insurance Additional perks available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
