Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on design and delivery of GenAI solutions (Copilots, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows) for biopharma and life sciences clients.
• Write code and own deployments.
• Mentor a small team of AI engineers.
• Embed with client teams to prototype and ship production‑ready systems.
