Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional team focusing on data, model behaviors, and autonomous agents.

Define and implement the strategic vision for the team, balancing short-term goals with long-term AI development.

Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.

Act as the liaison between engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong expertise across the entire AI lifecycle: data, model tuning, and agent systems.
    • Experience with foundational models, RLHF, and multi-agent systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong teamwork and collaborative abilities
