About The Role As Manager, Accounting Operations at ShopMy, you'll own our AP, expense, and travel operations, and help us build out procurement as the company scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to bring order to a fast growing finance function, and who's genuinely excited to use AI tools to make that work better, not just faster. Your Impact To The Role Own accounts payable, expense management, and travel operations day to dayHelp build ShopMy's procurement function, including vendor management and spend controlsPartner cross functionally with legal, people, and IT teams to streamline processes as we growUse AI tools to automate and improve how the team worksSupport billing operations as part of the broader finance functionCollaborate with the Finance team on month end close, audits, and reporting You Are Energized By Bringing order to a fast moving finance functionUsing AI tools as part of your everyday workflow What We’re Looking For 4-6 years in finance operations, accounting, or a related field, accounting background preferredHands-on experience with AP, expense management, and travel programsExperience with or exposure to procurement and vendor management tools and process Comfortable building processes and finding creative solutions to problems Genuine fluency with AI toolsBased in NYC or the Bay Area preferred; open to remote for the right candidate Bonus Points Experience standing up a procurement function from the ground upBackground in a high growth technology or e-commerce companyFamiliarity with Zip, Ramp, or Navan In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. New York Pay Range $115,000 - $135,000 USD The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
