Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Accounting team as a Manager, Accounting. The Manager, Accounting will serve as a key member of the accounting and finance team, responsible for leading the GL function as well as a timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close process. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the position will own accounting operations areas including accruals, prepaids, cash, intercompany, and employee compensation, and will partner cross-functionally with FP&A, tax, treasury, payroll, and operations. This position will also oversee the equity administration and accounting, working with the company’s transfer agent and equity platforms.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Month-End Close
  • Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all general ledger activities.
  • Own and review journal entries across key areas including accruals and prepaids.
