Responsibilities
- Manage global financial consolidation and reporting processes
- Lead the monthly close and consolidation process
- Drive improvements in close timeliness, accuracy, and predictability
- Cook up with accounting teams to resolve issues and ensure timely reconciliations
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
- Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and US GAAP
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and serve as a liaison for external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including management
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting requirements
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
