Manager, Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage global financial consolidation and reporting processes
• Lead the monthly close and consolidation process
• Drive improvements in close timeliness, accuracy, and predictability
• Cook up with accounting teams to resolve issues and ensure timely reconciliations
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and US GAAP
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and serve as a liaison for external auditors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including management
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting requirements
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
