You will spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation while leveraging data systems to optimize financial performance. Here’s What You’ll Be DoingDirecting daily accounting and finance operations, including general ledgers, tax activities, fixed assets, and financial statement preparation.Managing the annual budgeting process, conducting variance reviews, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.Providing financial leadership and coaching to develop, train, and motivate the site accounting staff.Partnering with executive leadership on tactical planning, vendor evaluations, and audit-firm selection.Ensuring full compliance with GAAP, internal financial controls, and applicable regulatory standards. Here’s What Our Ideal Candidate HasBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.5 to 7+ years of broad-based accounting and financial reporting experience.At least 3 years of management or leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy operational environment.Advanced knowledge of GAAP, internal financial controls, financial forecasting, and budgeting.Proficiency with relational databases and enterprise financial systems such as SAP or OneStream.
