Manager, Account Setup OC
About the role
Execute initiatives and drive incremental revenue by managing our referral processing and supporting areas, product lines and working with respective departments to achieve success.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Execute initiatives to drive incremental revenue
- Manage HCP (Healthcare Provider) Referral coordinators through the creation and processing of HCP referrals
- Work with team to develop and execute focused efforts on HCP order processing, relationship building, to include document acquisition, benefit verifications and other company priorities
- Build and implement strategies & programs to meet and exceed the goals with respect to Initial Patient Enrollment and Product Management
- Manage product lifecycle from sales to IV, document acquisition and reimbursement
- Responsible for insuring team is following patient referrals and documentation processes
- Participate in staff meetings to communicate status of team performance and current initiatives
- Prioritize plans and manage strategically
- Significantly contribute to the company's growth and excellent reputation
- Meet and exceed expected goals of this role
- Adhere to company policies and procedures with an emphasis on professional behavior
- Maintain compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for all work
- Remain knowledgeable of Medicare policies and federal/state regulations that affect activities, and maintain compliance with same
- Assist with other duties as required
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- DME experience or equivalent healthcare experience required
- 5+ years' management experience

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $107,954 - $161,931. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
