Responsibilities

• Assist the Operating Director in providing direction, training, and skills to ensure guests' expectations are exceeded.
• Manage both front and heart of the house operations.
• Relentlessly focus on quality and ensure standards are met or exceeded.
• Handle all product ordering and receiving.
• Schedule and run efficient shifts of team members.
• Read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements.
• Operate the business in accordance with strict PDQ standards.
• Cultivate a diverse culture where team members feel safe, secure, and free from harassment.
• Coach and teach team members while recognizing and rewarding performance and effort.

Requirements

• Passion for guest service and providing a great team member experience.
• 2+ years of experience in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick service restaurants.
• Excellent people and guest service skills.
• Fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
