Responsibilities
- Engage in challenging work and leadership training
- Gain hands-on experience within the operations department
- Build a mentoring relationship with a senior leader
- Work towards becoming a permanent member of the Inktel team
- Contribute to meaningful interactions and relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (recently acquired or upcoming, either spring or summer 2022)
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, proactive, ambitious, persistent, committed, intelligent
- Strong character and standard for personal excellence
- A strong combination of work ethic, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Reliable transportation for possible travel between offices within Broward and Miami-Dade counties
