The Management Training Program at Inktel is designed for recent college graduates aiming to discover their potential through hands-on experience. It's tailored for those who are ambitious, persistent, and committed to proving themselves.

Responsibilities

• Engage in challenging work and leadership training
• Gain hands-on experience within the operations department
• Build a mentoring relationship with a senior leader
• Work towards becoming a permanent member of the Inktel team
• Contribute to meaningful interactions and relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (recently acquired or upcoming, either spring or summer 2022)
• 3.0 GPA or above
• Enthusiastic, resourceful, proactive, ambitious, persistent, committed, intelligent
• Strong character and standard for personal excellence
• A strong combination of work ethic, analytical skills, and communication skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Reliable transportation for possible travel between offices within Broward and Miami-Dade counties
