Management Trainee Spring 2027 Internship

About the role

Enterprise’s Management Internship is a paid, part-time program designed for university students in their final semester, graduating in June 2027. From day one you’ll work alongside first- and second-year professionals tackling the same challenges, learning what it takes to run a successful business while earning $22 per hour. It’s a team-based environment where your peers support your growth and you’ll build marketable management and leadership skills that go beyond a line on your résumé.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and customer relationships
• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition
• Earn performance incentives and employee referral rewards when eligible

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Enrolled full-time in a four-year university, in the final semester, graduating by June 2027
• Three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• 10–12 week commitment with availability to start in February 2027
• Ability to work 20–25 hours per week
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
