Management Trainee - Logistic

Program Logistic Management Trainee is a 2-year accelerated development track designed to groom top graduates into future leaders and successors of the company. The program combines classroom training, on-the-job rotations, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and development activities
• Undergo rotations across various logistics and distribution functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0)
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
• Quick learner, ambitious, proactive, energetic, and resilient
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia (Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi)
