About the role

The management training program is designed to prepare trainees for executive and supervisory positions within Pinnacle Bancorp banks. Over twelve to eighteen months, trainees will gain comprehensive exposure to banking operations, with the duration dependent on individual progress and trainer availability.

Responsibilities

  • Learn daily operations of retail, operations, and lending in a branch environment.
  • Prospect new customers and cross-sell banking services to new and existing customers.
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • Manage a portfolio of loan accounts and assist with preparation for loan committee.
  • Complete required trainings.
  • Attend customer or bank-sponsored events to build relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • College degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of bank operations, products, and policies.
  • Knowledge of lending practices and principles.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and principles.
  • Strong communication skills with co-workers, customers, and management.
  • Problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under strict time constraints and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to function as a team player and take initiative to self-start tasks and projects.

Pay

Yearly salary: $57,784 - $58,784.
