Your Job

• Support and coordinate end-to-end HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Analytics functions
• Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment pipelines to support hiring requirements
• Coordinate onboarding activities, employee documentation, and HR records management to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
• Support payroll processing activities by validating employee data, attendance, leave records, and other payroll inputs
• Maintain employee information in HR systems and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports related to hiring, headcount, attrition, and other workforce metrics
• Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee queries and support HR service delivery
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR processes, and statutory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation
• Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, employee engagement activities, and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency

Your Qualification

• Recent graduation in MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), MHRM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of HRMS platforms and reporting tools is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
