Management Trainee (Honolulu International Airport)

About the role

A 12-month global Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into a real leadership role at one of the world’s most innovative mobility companies. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and develop the skills needed to lead. Upon successful completion, you graduate directly into a leadership position—such as managing your own downtown branch or joining a high-performing airport leadership team—anywhere in the United States.

You’ll work in the operational day-to-day business, gaining insights into key areas like Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management. The program includes training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies, with close collaboration with Branch Managers and Area Directors to develop leadership on the job.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program to support operational goals and contribute to team efficiency and success.
• Work in core operations from day one, covering sales, fleet operations, and other key business areas.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn and apply leadership skills.
• Work and travel within the United States as business needs dictate, including periodic travel of up to 50% during the first year and temporary assignments across various locations.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to lead—you take initiative rather than wait for instructions.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proactive attitude: work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
