Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Engage in hands-on learning with guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure success.
• Build community relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customer needs.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license (ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential).
• Must live within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) of the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week, aside from religious observations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
