Management Trainee- El Paso
Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) is a multi-state network of Kenworth truck dealerships providing more than 50,000 customers with a full range of truck services. Our elite Management Trainee Program is designed to equip you with the tools needed to be successful leaders within the MHC organizations. The program is a 7-month long program that gives you hands-on experience in all facets of our dealerships.
About the role
The program is structured to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how a dealership operates. You'll spend several weeks working in each department, shadowing and performing each role to gain a thorough understanding of the business.
Essential Functions
- Strategic planning and execution of business initiatives
- Hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership
- Influence others, build a team, and work closely with leadership teams throughout the organization
- Develop skills necessary to rotate within each department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- Leadership and sales skills are strongly preferred
- Strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service
- Ability to accept constructive feedback
- Willingness to relocate at time of permanent placement
