About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at 1891 Williston Road, South Burlington, VT 05403.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service, Leadership.
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Average of 46 hours per week.
