Management Trainee

About the role

Since 1932, Prudential Overall Supply has provided best-in-class uniform and textile solutions. The Manager Potential Training Program (MPTP) is a one‑year hands‑on training program for college graduates. Trainees receive training in three focus areas: production and plant operations, customer service and route delivery, and corporate sales. With nationwide locations, the program includes opportunities for traveling assignments and leadership training with fellow participants and seasoned managers. The goal is to provide personal and professional development that equips individuals for ongoing career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• At least 21 years of age
• Clean driving record and commitment to adhere to DOT regulations
• Previous work experience in a customer service, sales, or operational role

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an industrial warehouse or cleanroom setting
• Ability to work in and drive a company truck
• Ability to meet the overall physical demands of the role
• Management and leadership orientation to fill future roles
