Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Receive hands-on guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure success.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customer needs.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales—commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Under 25-minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the posted location is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Satisfactory background check, including:
  • Driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI in the last 3 years).
  • Employment reference and education verification.
  • Social security verification.
