Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent‑A‑Car brands through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company offers extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management and other transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
• Engage with the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while always putting customers first.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition that drives business growth and personal success.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions (DWI/DUI) on record in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership (military service, college or professional athletics considered in lieu of sales or customer‑service experience).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

Targeted first‑year annual compensation of $50,000–$54,277 with an average 45‑hour work week.
