Management Trainee

This position is located in El Centro (92243, 92244) California.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry or leadership within: military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $53,000-$55,000 with an average 45 hour work week.
