Management Trainee

About the role

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
• Operate behind-the-scenes as an operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch
• Cultivate new business and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
• Gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Understand the importance of putting customers first
• Experience friendly competition to grow the business and your success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas:
• Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Preferred under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years)
• Employment reference, education, and social security included in the background check
