Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. We offer car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services globally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering behind-the-scenes operations.
- Learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
- Gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build community relationships essential to growing your own business.
- Participate in a culture of friendly competition to drive business growth and personal success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A valid California Driver’s license is required.
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership (e.g., military, athletic/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
