Management Trainee

About the role

You will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's technology runs smoothly and efficiently by providing technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining client IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent technical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Office 365 setup and configuration
• Management and administration of Microsoft Office 365
• SharePoint administration and design
• Server administration, backup, and storage management
• Firewall and network switch configuration and management
• Windows client OS (PCs and laptops) support
• IP PABX configuration and management
• Video conferencing devices management
• Wireless and router configuration and management
• Microsoft Office and other software support
• User support for desktops, laptops, printers, PABX systems, and wireless routers
