- Decide when cattle need extra care and ensure humane raising with respect and empathy.
- Feed Truck Driver:
- Responsible for safe and efficient feed delivery to animals.
- Possess a keen attention to detail and technical dexterity for precise feed rations.
- Provide feed exactly when and where it is needed.
- Mill Operator:
- Ensure cattle receive a diet promoting healthy growth.
- Evaluate ingredient quality and observe production output for consistency.
- Manage mill feed outputs for humane, sustainable growth.
- Animal Health Specialist:
- Care for sick cattle and maintain medical records.
- Communicate across teams to champion cattle care.
- Maintain medical supplies and ensure recovery for every animal.
- Yard Maintenance:
- Hands-on problem solvers maintaining feedyards and equipment.
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment for all.
