About the role

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. This program includes rotating through various departments such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, providing hands-on experience and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

Professional Development

  • Access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
  • Prior to their first day of employment, qualified candidates must:
    • Have an active driver's license,
    • Be at least 21 years of age,
    • Obtain a DOT medical certification,
    • Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.

Preferred

  • Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
  • A business or otherwise related academic major.
  • A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
